Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tengu, your satisfaction is our priority. We craft and curate each piece with care, and we want you to feel confident and delighted with every order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or items marked as final sale.
How to Start a Return
Email us at TenguClub@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.
Please ensure items are securely packaged; we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Love the style but need a different size or color? We offer hassle-free exchanges for the same item (subject to stock availability). Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
