Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at TenguClub@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
